Hand-Dipped Beeswax Tapers - 5.5"
Hand-Dipped Beeswax Tapers
Before electricity, the simple glow of a beeswax candle marked the rhythm of home. It lit early mornings in the kitchen, gathered families around the supper table, and brought warmth to long New England evenings.
Each pair of our tapers is hand-dipped using a centuries-old method. The cotton wick is dipped again and again into warm, pure beeswax, with each layer cooling before the next is added. Slowly, over many dips, a candle is formed, just as it would have been generations ago.
Made in small batches with locally sourced beeswax, every pair carries the subtle variations that make handmade goods so special. Natural differences in color, shape, and texture are part of the story, reflecting the flowers visited by the bees and the traditional handcrafting process.
Beautiful for everyday meals, quiet evenings at home, holiday gatherings, or simply creating a slower, more welcoming atmosphere.
